Urgent Notification for Cancellation the 97th JPS Annual Meeting 2020

It is very unfortunate to inform that we have decided to cancel the 97th Annual Meeting of JSP, which was scheduled to be held from March 17th to 19th at Beppu City, Oita, considering the global concerns over the new coronavirus outbreak.
Details of decisions are;
- We will not refund the registration fee to the pre-registrants, and will send the program book to all the pre-registrants.
- The extended abstracts are scheduled to be published in March as notified upon submission, which will be sent to all the number of JPS.
- We will ask the speakers who haven’t paid the registration fees to pay the pre-registration fee by bank transfer. We will inform the details later by e-mail.
- We will not bear the costs incurred by the event cancellation, such as cancellation fees for hotels and flights.
We would deeply appreciate your cooperation and understanding on our decision.
